I built this because I needed proof too
I'm Niky, a senior leader with 18 years of leadership experience, a Masters in Entrepreneurship, and a track record of building high-performing teams and systems inside complex, resource-constrained environments.
When I started building my own business alongside my career and a young family, I took the same approach I use in my leadership work: build a system, track what's working, cut what isn't. I developed the CEO Experiments framework because the advice I kept finding assumed you had already quit your job and I hadn't. I needed something that worked in the real conditions most business owners are actually in.
