WEEKS 4 - 6

You'll be tracking daily with the CEO Dashboard and we'll be reading that data together every week. By week 6 you'll know exactly which actions are growing your list, what's converting to sales, and what's just keeping you busy.

WEEKS 7 - 9

Consistent revenue from your existing audience

We shift from list building to conversion, working with what you have to generate reliable sales. You'll have a repeatable sales process you can run every week without starting from scratch.

WEEKS 10 - 12

Your exit number

By week 12 you'll have 3 months of real data. In our final session we will calculate the specific revenue milestone that turns leading your job into a rational decision. A real timeline based on your data. You might be closer than you think or further than you expected. Either way you'll know and thats what makes the next move possible.

This programme is specifically built for people who are still employed. The whole point is to build revenue while you're still earning a salary so you can leave on your terms rather than out of desperation. Being employed is not a barrier, it's the starting point.

How much time do I need each week?

30 minutes for the call, 5 minutes per day for your dashboard tracking, and 2 - 4 hours for the focused action we agree on each week. This is designed to work around a demanding job and family life.
